We show our work. Each case study is a real system in daily use. Client names stay private unless they've agreed to be public — but the builds, and the problems they solved, are real and verifiable.
The business. A Chicago wedding film studio — the kind that films full wedding days and delivers finished films plus hundreds of photos to every couple. Client names withheld.
The problem. Finished work meant one film per event of 40–55 GB — sometimes more, plus hundreds of photos. The studio was delivering by Google Drive and WeTransfer links. Links expired mid-week. Films that big wouldn't stream — clients tried to watch, hit endless loading, and gave up or complained. YouTube re-compression was rejected because it murdered the quality. The contract promised clients their media would auto-delete after a set window — but nothing enforced it. And every delivery cycle ended the same way: "where's our stuff?" texts and follow-up emails.
What we built. A complete branded delivery platform for the studio:
How it works today. The studio delivers films through the portal every week — no Drive links, no follow-up texts, no manual expiry chores. Clients stream on any phone; the studio watches a dashboard. Terabytes of footage have been delivered through it, including single films over 50 GB.
Why it matters for your business. That system was designed around one business's specific headache. Your headache is different — booking through DMs, invoices that get chased, intake scattered across emails, a website that doesn't bring calls. Same approach: we find what's slowing you down and build the system that ends it.
We will build the solution. Tell us what's broken or missing — we'll come back with a straight answer and a fixed price.
